Why use an insurance broker instead of buying direct?
A broker acts for you, not for one insurer. We approach several insurers for the same risk, compare the wordings as well as the premiums, and handle the claim on your behalf. Buying direct gives you one company's products and leaves the claim paperwork with you.
Does using a broker cost more?
No. Brokerage is paid by the insurer out of the premium and is regulated. The premium you pay is not higher for having used a broker, and a market comparison often lowers it.
Can you help with a policy I bought somewhere else?
Yes. We will review an existing policy and explain what it does and does not cover. We can also assist with a claim on a policy placed elsewhere, and take over servicing at the next renewal.
How long does a quotation take?
For standard personal cover, usually the same or the next working day. For a corporate programme it depends on how quickly the underwriting information is available - typically three to seven working days.
What happens if I claim?
Tell us as soon as the event happens. We confirm what the policy covers, list the documents needed, submit the claim, coordinate the surveyor or TPA, answer the insurer's queries and follow the file to settlement.
When should I start a renewal?
Ninety days before expiry for a corporate programme, thirty for personal cover. That is the point at which terms can still be negotiated. We send reminders at 90, 60, 30 and 15 days.
Is my information kept private?
Your details are used to obtain quotations, place cover and service the policy. They are shared with insurers and their administrators only as needed for those purposes, and never sold. See our privacy policy.

Our office is in Mira Road East, Thane, and we work with clients across Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai. For corporate programmes we place business for companies operating anywhere in India.
